All trademarks, logos, and service marks related to Mitra are the intellectual property of Mitra Messenger. You retain ownership of content you share across the platform.

4. Termination & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy or generate verified abuse reports.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mitra Messenger is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
